His experience includes leading delivery of service, setting up service, rationalization of intensive care service and managing human resource in acute care medicine. Dr. Arvind Kumar has been actively involved in high quality research to bring effective change in service delivery at ground level. Dr. Arvind Kumar has more than 14 years of experience in Intensive care, including Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, ECMO, Air ambulance and Pre hospital intensive care.

He has more than 16 years of experience in helping global fortune 500 clients in strategy formulation, organizational redesign, process re-engineering, restructuring, portfolio rationalization and integration of strategy, business processes and IT. Mr. Parmender has led consulting engagements on strategy formulation, org design, process design, process improvement, re-engineering and M&A integration activities in industries ranging from Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy and Services. Mr. Parmender has led international teams of multiple stakeholders (Clients’ senior management – CxO, Directors, vendors and off-shore Global Delivery Centers) to ensure solutions & service delivery. Mr. Parmender also has experience in product launch strategy & M&A for startups.

Her areas of special expertise are painless childbirth and regional anesthesia. Dr. Kirti Berwal has won gold medal for her excellent performance in medical college and has done high quality research both in India and the UK. Her experience includes emergency management of trauma and sick patients, leading her team in operation theatre and intensive care. Over the years Dr. Kirti Berwal has developed special interest in “Patient Safety and Quality Improvement”. She is actively working in the field to make patient care safer for her patients and beyond.

Garima was last working as Head - HR, at client place Google on payroll of Global Logic. She is Human Resource Leader with more than 10 years of experience in People and Startegy Management. Expertise in hyper scaling talent needs of growing startup’s and directing the entire gamut of HR and set benchmarks and develop HR as a ‘solution provider’ and ‘enabler’ rather than support.
As a senior member of HR team she was responsible for execution of HR strategies and Talent management. As a Human Resource Specialist her role involves advising business heads on startegic people agenda, driving the talent management processes, coaching driving culture change.
Have been in top leadership role since last 6 years and developed talent, culture and integration strategies across leadership level and organisation.

At Kainos, he is leading the accreditation programmes of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), National Neonatology Forum (NNF), and Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), while collaborating with executive leadership and heads of different functional areas within the organisation to achieve the organization’s strategic & operational goals.
