Her areas of special expertise are painless childbirth and regional anesthesia. Dr. Kirti Berwal has won gold medal for her excellent performance in medical college and has done high quality research both in India and the UK. Her experience includes emergency management of trauma and sick patients, leading her team in operation theatre and intensive care. Over the years Dr. Kirti Berwal has developed special interest in “Patient Safety and Quality Improvement”. She is actively working in the field to make patient care safer for her patients and beyond.

At Kainos, he is leading the accreditation programmes of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), National Neonatology Forum (NNF), and Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), while collaborating with executive leadership and heads of different functional areas within the organisation to achieve the organization’s strategic & operational goals.
