Visitor Information

We understand that visiting your loved ones that are undergoing treatment at Kainos is extremely important for your own satisfaction and for moral boosting on the patient. We welcome all visitors at Kainos. In contrast to the Delhi NCR hospitals, we allow family members to visit the ICUs and NICUs but in limited number to allow doctors and nurses to proper care and to maintain patient safety. If you are visitor then please keep in mind:

Visitor Timing in ICU/NICU: 11 AM to 12 Noon and 5 PM – 6 PM
Visitor Timing in Wards: 10 AM to 12 Noon and 5 PM – 7 PM
You will require the PASS issued to the patient’s relatives at the time of admission
NO firearm or personal security is allowed in premises
Please do not bring any bags.
Do not bring home food for the patient as dietary requirements of patients are decided by the dietician and treating doctors.
There is a 24x7 cafeteria available that serves Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner at specified times and tea/snacks 24x7.
Kainos premises is a No Smoking zone
