Kainos is built on a simple belief of its founder: outstanding patient care and strong academics must grow together. Here is how we train the next generation of clinicians — and share what we learn.
Dr. Arvind Dahiya envisioned Kainos not merely as a hospital, but as an institution built on excellence, integrity and measurable clinical outcomes. He believed great doctors are those who not only practise medicine at the highest standards, but also teach, inspire and shape the clinicians who follow. As we continue to fulfil that vision, Kainos has evolved into a centre where rigorous clinical work and structured learning reinforce each other every day.
A teaching hospital is judged by its case-mix, and few hospitals of this size see what Kainos sees: major trauma off the Delhi Road bypass, complex cancer surgery, ECMO runs, neonatal intensive care and round-the-clock emergencies. For a trainee, that exposure is the difference between reading about medicine and practising it — under consultants with NHS and international training, in units with a 1:1 nursing ratio and 24x7 onsite consultant cover.
Kainos currently offers DNB training and fellowships across the following disciplines, with rigorous clinical exposure, structured academics and mentorship under experienced faculty.
