We welcome visitors — including, unusually, in our ICUs and NICU — because seeing a loved one matters to recovery.

When and how to visit

Visiting a loved one undergoing treatment matters — for your peace of mind and for the patient's morale. Unlike most Delhi NCR hospitals, Kainos allows family members to visit the ICUs and NICU, in limited numbers so that doctors and nurses can keep care and safety uncompromised.

ICU / NICU visiting hours: 11:00 AM – 12:00 noon and 5:00 – 6:00 PM
Ward visiting hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 noon and 5:00 – 7:00 PM

Please keep in mind

  • Carry the visitor PASS issued to the patient's relatives at the time of admission
  • No firearms or personal security are allowed on the premises
  • Please do not bring bags into the hospital
  • Do not bring home food for patients — dietary requirements are decided by the dietician and treating doctors
  • A 24x7 cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at set times, with tea and snacks round the clock
  • The entire Kainos campus is a no-smoking zone
