Maxillofacial Surgery

Facial bones break in road accidents more often than people imagine, and putting a face back together is exacting work. Our MDS-qualified maxillofacial surgeon manages facial trauma, jaw fractures, impacted teeth, jaw cysts and corrective jaw surgery.

The department works closely with ENT, plastic surgery and the trauma team, so a patient with multiple facial injuries gets one coordinated repair.
